  1. What types of Products do you sell?

    The Lulu site allows users to upload their own photos or art and have it professionally printed on high quality products such as metal prints, artist grade canvas, images on wood, and even custom framed and matted images.

  2. What Types of files do you accept to create products?

    You will need to upload the highest resolution jpeg of the image or art that you have. At a minimum we ask that the longest side be at least 2300 pixels, which typically results in an image around 2 MB.

  3. What is a Metal Print?

    Your photo or art printed on a 1/16" glossy white aluminum panel. This durable panel provides high definition color, and comes complete with a wood hanging system that offsets your presentation 1" from the wall. All metal print orders placed by 1:00 PM EST ship within 3 business days.

  4. What is a Custom Framed Photo?

    Our custom framed photos are framed with a real wood frame. All fine art pieces are custom matted using acid-free matting with a beveled edge. UV resistant acrylic provides clear, lightweight protection for your art. This presentation allows us to preserve photographic images for many years of enjoyment. All custom framed orders placed by 1:00 PM EST ship within 3 business days.

  5. What is a Canvas Gallery Wrap?

    We use artist-grade canvas to print your wall art or photography order. Once printing is complete, we stretch the canvas to wrap around 1.5" pine stretcher bars. The wrapped canvas extends the image or the design on all four sides of the final piece for an elegant presentation. Custom wrapped canvas orders placed by 1:00 PM ET ship within 3 business days following purchase.

  6. What is a Wood Print?

    Your photos or art printed directly on 0.75" thick Maple wood. The natural grain and texture of the wood are revealed through the light areas of the image. The side of the Maple panel is not printed on fully exposing the natural wood. Wood print orders placed by 1:00 PM EST ship within 3 business days following the purchase.

  7. What are the final dimensions of your Custom Framed Photos?

    Below is a sizing chart including the final dimensions of our custom framed photos. All sizes are measured in inches and are approximate.

    Please contact us at customprints@lulu.com or call 877-421-2300 within 24 hours of purchase to adjust an existing order. We do our best to accommodate order changes, but products ship very quickly after purchased.

  3. Can I place an order over the telephone?

    For your convenience and the fastest possible service, we encourage you to order online. However, if you would like a product expert's advice on which product you should print your photo or art on, you can call us toll free at 877-421-2300 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (EST).

  2. How will I know when my order has shipped?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. If you need your order for a special event, please call us at 877-421-2300 or email customprints@lulu.com.

  3. When will my order arrive?

    Because your photo and art is made to order, all metal prints, prints on wood, custom framed photos and photos on canvas usually ship within 3 business days if ordered before 1 PM EST.

  4. Can I track my order?

    Yes. When you order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with package tracking information so that you can monitor your order's progress.

  5. I didn't receive my entire order. What happened?

    Depending on the products you purchase, items in your order may be delivered in separate shipments. We work with the best production fulfillment groups in various locations. If you receive a partial order, you can be assured your additional items are on their way.

  6. Do you ship internationally?

    Replay Photos only ships orders to addresses in the U.S and Canada. To request shipment to an APO address, please call 877-421-2300 or email info@replayphotos.com.

  1. Return & Exchange Procedures

    If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund, provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. All returns and exchanges need to be unused, unworn, and in good condition to be eligible for a refund or credit.

    If you wish to exchange an item after receipt, please call us at 877-421-2300 or email customprints@lulu.com for return instructions. For faster service, please include the following information:

    Lulu utilizes a secure server for all transactions that include sensitive information. A secure server guarantees the privacy of data transmitted through the Internet, including credit card information, through an SSL protocol that encrypts the information.
